Senior Engineer - NPD Costing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate supplier quotes, and develop cost estimates for new and existing parts.
Understanding of BOM cost updating and tracking.
Review the estimated cost Vs actuals in regular.
Analysing manufacturing processes, material costs, and labour requirements to determine the overall production cost.
Cost reduction initiatives, value engineering, Ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the product lifecycle.
Should have knowledge on Manufacturing of FRP Products.

Senior Engineer - NPD Project Management

Responsible for maintaining all documents related to Projects Managements.
Studying RFQ / Drawing for the New/Existing business.
Responsible for maintaining the tracker sheet (Gantt Chart, Cost Expense Tracker, etc.,) for the
projects.
Knowledge on FRP Manufacturing Process likes VARIM, Hand Layup, Pultrusion.
Knowledge on APQP, PPAP tools
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Senior Engineer - Business Development

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for FRP products in domestic and international markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to customize FRP solutions as per market requirements & Contribute to pricing strategies, proposals, and tender submissions.
Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training to customers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Manage key accounts and drive repeat business through long-term partnerships & Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and technical forums.

Assistant Manager - Composite Design Specialist

Design and develop composite structures and components using CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks)
Conduct feasibility studies and analysis between composite and metallic materials.
Should identify the right composite materials likes carbon fiber & fiberglass
Knowledge the FRP composite manufacturing process like Vacuum Infusion, Hand Layup, Pultrusion and LRTM
Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing and tooling’s
Support tooling design and production processes, including autoclave, RTM, and OOA methods
